Frequently Asked Questions

  • DO I NEED TO WEAR A MASK?
    No! But we do recommend wearing one. We know masks do not prevent the spread of COVID. Our goal is to slow the spread. Be safe!
  • WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
    You may cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment without being charged a $25 cancellation fee. All appointments required a valid credit card to guarantee your reservation. There will be no charge on your card. However, you will see a charge on your card (uncaptured). This charge is used for validation purposes only, and will later be released (voided). ​ If the appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, there will be no charge on your card. If the appointment is missed (cancellation less that 24 hours in advance/no show), you will be charge a $25 fee. ​ You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by clicking on the "Reschedule/Cancel Appointment" button in the confirmation email sent to you. If you did not receive a confirmation email, you can call us to cancel or reschedule. You may also text us the following information: Cancel OR Reschedule Appointment, First and Last Name, Date and Time of Original Appointment and New Appointment. We will respond back if the new date and time is available.
  • I HAVE A GIFT CERTIFICATE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
    If you have a physical gift certificate paper, please bring it with you to your appointment. For online gift certificates, apply code to redeem certificate when making your appointment online at wonderspa.as.me. Once the code is applied, you will see the amount for the certificate. You may also show us the code when you come in for your appointment. Gift certificates are only redeemable at Wonder Spa for the amount specified on the gift certificate, by the expiration date indicated. When you use your Gift Certificate the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on the Certificate. The remaining balance may be applied to future purchases. Any unused balance of the gift certificate will remain until redeemed or the original expiration date indicated on the gift certificate, whichever occurs first. If a purchase exceeds the amount listed on the gift certificate, the redeemer is responsible for paying the difference at time of purchase. Except as required by law, gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Lost/stolen certificates will not be replaced. Certificate cannot be used to purchase gift certificates.
  • IF I ARRIVE LATE, DO I LOSE MY APPOINTMENT?
    Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment or a rescheduling/cancellation if there is not enough time to complete the procedure. If your appointment is rescheduled or cancelled due to late arrival, you will be charged a $25 fee. Because our shop is mostly appointment based, we'll almost always have an appointment scheduled right after yours (we absolutely love and respect our staffs' time and pride ourselves in providing the best experience here at Wonder Spa, which is why we encourage all of our clients to be on time). Note: If you are running late, please give us a text at 984-344-4067 so we can accommodate your services and provide you with further options if needed.
  • IS WONDER SPA PET FRIENDLY?
    We love pets! But for the health and safety of our staff and clients, pets are not allowed inside. Only service animals that accompany people with disabilities are allowed. Note: Under the ADA, a service animal is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the person's disability. Emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals are not considered service animals under the ADA. Since they have not been trained to perform a specific job or task, they do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.
  • I STILL HAVE QUESTIONS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
    If you have any comments, questions, or concerns, don't hesitate to ask us! You can call or text anytime! If we do not pick up or reply, chances are we are with cleints or we are closed! You can leave a voicemail or text and we'll reply back as soon as we can!
